NEWS: Obscure Fate shelter from the “Black Moon”!

Originally formed as a solo project by guitarist and songwriter Kaleva Kovalainen in Paltamo Finland back in 2008, Obscure Fate are now a quintet with a new single “Black Moon” taken from their upcoming EP “Raven’s Call” out today. If it’s an April fools joke, then it’s certainly an elaborate one as the EP is set to be released on 1st April 2021 via Inverse Records.

The band comments: “Black Moon handles death and the feelings regarding to it. One can anyway interpret the lyrics in its own way.” ~ lyricist Tapio Härkönen.  

“This track represents the newer productions for the oldest track from the EP is already composed over ten years ago. Black Moon has appropriate amount of different elements combined that are established on Obscure Fate’s music.”  ~ composer Kaleva Kovalainen.
