The wait may not be completely over but after what seems like forever (and turns out to “only” be three years!) Copenhagen Denmark based Progressive Metalcore act Morphide have set the date of 9th September for their debut album “Anhedonia“. Coincidentally a nine track affair, it is one said to be lyrically focused on human personality and relationships between individuals and their own feelings while seeing them work with producer Forrester Savell (Make Them Suffer, Skyharbor, Karnivool). Coupled with the news, vocalist Eissa Zhovnerchuk has shared a vocal one-take video for their single “Panopticon”. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.
Elissa comments: “We are so excited to finally release our first album! We have been working on it for the past three years, and multiple issues caused by the pandemic make the release even more anticipating for us. We are so delighted for such an opportunity. Forrester was able to truly feel our songs and bring them to another level”
