NEWS: Fraught sign with Argonauta Records for debut album!

Dublin-based Blackened Sludge Metallers Fraught announce their signing with Italian imprint Argonauta Records for an as yet untitled and undated album. As a celebration of that, a new single from it in “Indignities of Decay” has been unvieled. Originally formed from the ashes of Coldwar, Warpath, Mortichnia, Wound Upon Wound and Slave Zero, under the moniker Drought, they dropped a debut titled EP “MMXIX” in 2019. “Splitting Tongues” followed in 2021, a vision for Extreme music encapsulating influences from Sludge, Death, Black and Doom Metal sounding expressive, suffocating, eclectic and cathartic.

We have been fans of Argonauta’s releases and work ethic for some time and believe they share our vision and appetite for extreme music as well as our love for vinyl wax.
