NEWS: Reading Rising Festival announces THIRD wave of bands for November!

Just when you thought you had it all figured out, an avalanche happens and you’ve got to find a shovel. Reading Rising IV have announced not only another two additions to their already stacked line up for the 18th November one day festival at Reading Facebar but also an after party to allow you to keep you as warm as setting your sofa on fire this winter. Here’s the line up so far…

Our Hollow Our Home (Headliner)
Confessions Of A Traitor (Headliner)
Waterlines
InAir
Crushed By Waves
NervEndings
Veridian
Our Fate

Add to that little lot 4 more bands to be announced and an after party DJ set from Our Fate guitarist Finn Panhaleux running until 2am!

So who are the new additions? After five months of radio silence while they claimed they were finishing some new material, the return of Reading Alternative Rock act Veridian to the stage feels long overdue. It hasn’t been an entirely quiet year for the band however as they enjoyed a run of shows in March with Kite Thief as well as contributing a cover of “Don’t Speak” by No Doubt to Revival Recordings “It’s All Grunge“.

For Our Fate it’s been a year where they’ve been able to reap the rewards of their labours. A new EP “Reflections Of My Fate” endorsed by BBC Berkshire Introducing and a run of live shows have helped put the Alternative Rock quintet on the map. The better part of 15.5k of Spotify streams for single “Alone” doesn’t lie and with Post-Punk and Melodic Hardcore sensibilities woven into the fabric of their sound, they’re going to be ones to watch…

We’re proud to be a Media Partner of Reading Rising IV. If you want a ticket for this year’s incarnation you can find them here.
