NEWS: Another disaster from Exodus?

One of a whole host of things that have never made much sense to us is why bands choose to relive their so called golden years and release a live album recorded more than two decades ago rather than one from their most recent tour. But never the less Thrash Metal overlords Exodus have decided that “British Disaster: The Battle Of ’89 Live At The Astoria” will drop on 31st May via Nuclear Blast with the classic that is “Fabulous Disaster” offered up as a sample.

Gary Holt comments: “Sometimes something truly awesome drops right in your lap. In the case of Exodus, it was full multitrack tape reels from our headlining show in London while on tour for Fabulous Disaster! So we thought, “let’s listen and see what we have” and BAM! We were on FIRE! Pure over the top thrash, one hundred percent live, and as dangerous as ever! We are f—g stoked to be able to release this for our fans. Total mayhem!”
