NEWS: Devine Defilement enter the rat race?

It maybe something of a rarity but believe it or not, there are Death Metal bands in Iceland. In evidence of that Time To Kill Records have announced the signing of Devine Defilement and will be distributing their album “Ruthless” on 9th May. Promising a more refined onslaught that embraces a more compact and percussive approach laden with an unrelenting air of tension the band share “Human Sewer” which suggests that evolution to make them a leaner, meaner fighting machine is indeed happening… Pre-orders? The band commented: “Hitting hard straight out of the gate, ‘Human Sewer’ takes no prisoners! Hooking you in with alternations between slamming grooves and furious blasts all topped off with a cacophony of screams and roaring growls. Throughout, the track never lets up until it’s pounded you into the ground! The lyrics are based on one of the most grotesque and shocking real-life cases of neglect that has come to light in recent years. Serving as both the first single as well as the first track off our upcoming album ‘Ruthless’ it perfectly sets the tone for what’s to follow”.
