NEWS: Ophelia’s Eye become disconnected?

As with their previous record “Catharsis“, Swiss Melodic Death Metal purveyors Ophelia’s Eye have announced an upcoming EP titled “Severance” has been recorded, mixed and mastered at SOS Basement Studios with Sebastian Schiess (Shadowpath, Anger In Defeat, Hunted Like Thieves). What the band haven’t done is given us a release date or cover artwork, although it maybe included within a lyric video for the first single “Disconnected“.

The band comment: “We built the cage ourselves. Disconnected is a visceral reckoning with the consequences of good intentions gone wrong. The system wasn’t broken. We broke it. Now there’s no escape, only the echo of our own mistakes and the hunger of what we’ve set loose.”
