London metal force Red Method have finally fulfilled a promise of new material made while on stage at last year’s incarnation of Rabidfest with single “Becoming The Sickness” landing alongside a new music video. Thematically connected to 2024 single “All For One, None For All“, the new track is the band’s first taste of new material in over a year, kicking off their 2026 in the most violent way possible and laying the foundations for their most successful year yet…

The band comment: “This song serves as an account of our own personal experiences dealing with issues that took us to the very edge. Anyone can feel that they are in a hole so deep that they’ve forgotten what it’s like to be on the surface and breathe again. Sometimes the pain is so raw and real that we hide in our own shadow, fearing what people would think if they saw the real us. Between the feelings of crippling anxiety and depression it’s easy to feel like there is no way out. We have become the sickness.”
