“Kärsimysten Tie” (or “The Road Of Suffering“) has been offered up by Underwater Father as the first glimpse at their next album “Kaareutuu Narkissoksen Yllä” (or “Arches Over Narcissus“) which is slated for a 2027 release via label home Inverse Records. Exploring themes of internal struggle, confronting one’s own shadow, the purification from sins, and the price of such purification, the track is said to represent the darker side of the album from a band who blend of the darkest growls and beautifully bitter melancholy.
