NEWS: Distant warn: “All Will Be (N)One”!

Joined by Ricky Myers of Suffocation, Dutch Downtempo Deathcore brutes Distant have dropped a new single in “All Will Be (N)One” which turns out to be the fourth from their next album. Titled “Into Despair” that will be released on 6th November via Century Media, confronting deeply human struggles – our fear of death, the weight of personal loss, and the grief that shapes our existence – while also dissecting broader societal illusions, such as the false sense of freedom fostered by the digital age. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.

The band comment: “Driven by raw honesty and pure emotion, ‘Into Despair’ is an album born from personal battles and lived experiences. Every song carries pieces of each member’s own journey, with moments of pain, reflection, and resilience woven into a deeply intimate body of work. More than just a collection of songs, ‘Into Despair’ is a cathartic expression of vulnerability and a reminder that even in our darkest moments, grief is something we all share. It stands as the band’s most heartfelt and authentic statement yet, transforming personal suffering into something universally resonant.”

All Will Be (N)One” is a bleak, atmospheric track that explores humanity’s fear of death and the inevitability of time’s collapse. Blending crushing riffs with relentless rhythms, the song builds a sense of slow-burning dread before erupting into moments of raw confrontation. Lyrically, it shifts the perspective from resistance to acceptance. The feature from Ricky Myers of Suffocation adds an extra layer of intensity and authority, reinforcing the track’s central message: that everything fades, and all will be (n)one.
