Documentary: “The Making of Exile” Part #1 with Intent!

Comprising members and former members of Blood Loss, Varkan, Bombscare and Deserters, Arizona based Thrash act Intent have been waging war on the World since 2015. Their 2018 debut album “Vox Populi” earned them the right to open shows for masters like Overkill, DRI and Havok and so when they returned in 2022 with “Exile“, they had our attention. Edited and produced by Jeremy Lambert the band have shared the first part of a making of featurette for that record, one since followed by last years EP “Sins Of The Past“. which would be their last with drummer Garrett “Spiderlegs” Loper who tragically passed away shortly after it was completed.

The band comment: “The recording process of our 2nd album “Exile” was a long learning process. This album we decided to self produce all in house. Something we thought we were capable of doing but were not fully prepared for how daunting of a task it would be. In the end we did complete the album after having to start from scratch twice. The following footage will shed some light on the hard work we put in but also some of the fun we had. So pull up a chair and watch us tell about poop stories and the REAL moral of Aesop’s Fables.”
