Vs. Tuesday: Two Bands! One Song! Who Wins?! FIGHT! Testament.

Berkeley Californian Thrash Kings Testament should really need no introduction. Their second album “The New Order” recorded at Pyramid Sound Studios, Ithaca, New York and released 32 years ago in 1988 is hugely significant in the World of Metal. Let’s face it, without it, there might not be a Lamb Of God, that’s how important it is. Singles “Trial by Fire” and “The Preacher” helped break Testament into the Thrash Metal mainstream and 8 of its 10 tracks are regularly in the bands live set, that’s how loved this album is.

First up in the red corner we have Kill The Lights, a new band featuring current and former members of Bullet For My Valentine, Still Remains, Throw The Fight, and Threat Signal. Signed to Fearless Records, they have an upcoming debut album that is a mouth watering prospect, judging by the four singles that have already appeared. They’ve recorded a version of the track during lockdown for your listening pleasure. In the blue corner with have Japanese Melodic Death Metallers Band DeGrace who recorded a video live at club DROP in Osaka Japan during True Thrash Fest in 2016. Who Wins? You decide!
