You’re going to have to go a long way to find someone who doesn’t know the 1987 classic “Welcome To The Jungle” from Guns ‘n Roses, a cut which appears on more lists and has received more awards than you can shake a stick at and a driving force in the success of their debut album “Appetite For Destruction“. There have been many brave covers of it over the years but we’ve chosen a pair to put head to head this week that have a heavier interpretation so in the Red Corner we have Leo Moracchioli from Frog Leap Studios in Norway with a classically hilarious hair Metal video. In the Blue Corner we have Zombie Apocalypse take on the track which appears on the “Bring You To Your Knees” tribute album, a largely Metalcore affair with offerings from the likes of Bleeding Through and Dillinger Escape Plan stealing the show.
