The bar will of course be serving all the finest of beverages, the bands will be selling their merchandise and there might even be a mosh pit or two. What more could you possibly want?

We’ve worked with 87 different singers live” ~ A-Tota-So

When it comes to sex, lies and bloody statistics, a claim like that might seem a bit crazy… until you think about it. From humble beginnings, including a New Years Eve show in a kitchen in 2012 to playing ArcTanGent Festival three years ago, its fair to say that A-Tota-So have been there, done that and probably got the t-shirt. So 87 vocalists? That’s only… what 6 or 7 a year! They had eight different ones on their guest filled 2022 album “Lights Out” for starters… If Meghan Trainor is all about that bass and A-Tota-So are all about that riff. They love blending Math-Rock, Grunge, Metal and Post-Hardcore into some kind of moonshine line brew before offering it out to the masses from stages all across the country. This year alone they’ve played Noizzefest in Cardiff, opened for Punk Rockers Janus Stark in Peterborough and played a free show at The Adelphi Club in Hull. If that’s not commitment to their art, then we don’t know what is! As well as those shows they’ve also dropped a pair of singles in the past few months with “Form of Mass” following “Death Rattle” in offering a glimpse into the bands ability to combine raw emotional honesty with infectious intensity and driving energy with emotional weight. The only question is… will Mercury’s Well bassist Tiff make his presence felt as another guest vocalist at Summer Bash? All bets are off.

We’re proud confirm that Metal Noise dot Net is returning for a fourth consecutive year as the Media Partner for Summer Bash! Mercury’s Well will be hosting the eighth incarnation of their annual Hawaiian beach party themed event on 18th July 2026 at The Facebar in Reading!
