Vs. Tuesday: Two Bands! One Song! Who Wins?! FIGHT! Animals #2

Although we have been enthralled by the surprise released single “Animals” from Brighton Progressive Metalcore Heroes Architects, the fact that we’re going to have to wait some 4 months from the single to the album “For All Those Who Wish To Exist” which is slated for 26th February 2021 via Epitaph Records seems like forever and a week in the current Global situation. At least the timing brings some hope of realistic touring prospects and a possible European Festival run in the summer. In the mean time, the single has seen a wealth of cover versions appear overnight so we’d like to celebrate a couple more re-imaginings of the cut…

In the Red corner we have a singer, songwriter and pianist from Berlin, Germany who likes to turn Metal songs into piano ballads. Lea Moonchild has wowed us with her post-hardcore re-imaginings of songs from the likes of Northlane, Bring Me The Horizon and Caliban. In the Blue corner we have Aviana frontman Joel Holmqvist who has done a fresh vocal take that proves that should Sam Carter need to step away from the helm momentarily, the band can still play a few very special shows. Who wins? You decide!
