Throwback: “Get Real” by Obey The Brave!

Following the news last week the Canadian Hardcore outfit Obey The Brave were calling time on their career after 8 years and four albums, three of which were released via Epitaph Records, it’s time to take a trip down memory lane to one of the bands finest moments. From their debut album “Young Blood” in 2012 and with a guest vocal appearance from Terror frontman Scott Vogel, it has to be the instantly recognisable floor filling headbanger that is “Get Real“. The band have been regulars on the European tour circuit appearing beside the likes of Deez Nuts and Lionheart on the Impericon Festival tour and their is little doubt that the lack of ability to play shows at this time has had an impact on their collective decision. We wish them well and we may yet see more from their vocalist Alex Erian and his other band, Deathcore pioneers  Despised Icon real soon.
