Rabidfest 2022: Breaking Down The Bands #10: Bleed Again!

After the pure speculation of Sunday’s guess the mystery headliner piece in which we suggested that Despised Icon, Crowbar, Conjurer, Cryptosis or Send More Paramedics could bring the curtain down on this years incarnation of Rabidfest it’s time to get back to reality. Who is actually playing the festival?! We’ve talked our way around #9 of those who we know have signed on the dotted line and will be taking to the Devolution Magazine sponsored stage… so now it’s time to turn our attention to Bleed Again!

“Momentum“, “Transition“, “Resurgence“. These are the critically acclaimed records from Brighton Metalcore merchants Bleed Again that have taken them from coast to coast and beyond having toured Europe and sharing stages with the likes of Soil, Darkest Hour and King 810 as well as playing festivals including both Amplified and Mammothfest. The specialise in delivering Metal to the Masses with swagger, verve and panache 0r if you prefer, big choruses with anthemic refrain and razor sharp riffery to delight with a little bit of programming thrown into the mix to give us something to get into the pit to, to sing-a-long to or to snap your neck to, if your heart so desires. Their sophomore album “Resurgence” which was mixed and mastered by Justin Paul Hill (The Five Hundred, Hacktivist, Heart Of A Coward) and is a stone cold banger that we gave an 8/10 to in review when it dropped in October last year as a fine example of Modern Metalcore that builds on the bands strong reputation. Don’t sleep on these guys, you want to witness their face melting solos!
