Who’s left that we haven’t spoken about in the build up to the event so far? South East Alternative Rock with a pinch of Nu-Metal about them four piece Weller for one. They’ve been through a little bit of a transitional period with their long time guitarist stepping away, however they’ve repositioned Henry Dench to fill his boots and brought in new bassist Harvey Baldwin to complete their line up. The beginning of their new chapter begins with new single “Longing For The Light” which follows the August released “Divine Intervention” out of the gate, both of which you can expect to hear at Reading Rising.
Having formed in 2020, the band released their debut EP “Life Is Messed Up, Don’t You Agree?” with Meyrick de la Fuente of Exist Immortal fame recording producing, mixing and mastering at the end of April last year. That broke all kinds of barriers for the band who already had a strong following from a wealth of waterfall released singles, the brilliant “Fire” showcasing their abilities and earning the better part of 161k of Spotify streams alone as a fans favourite. Not only do they have stories to tell as they seek to make a difference in a f***ed up World, but they have passionate vocals and a collection of mighty fine riffs to keep you going when times get rough.
