NEWS: 3rd and final Wave of bands announced Summer Bash 7!

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it’s… a Japanese Temple waiting to be crushed by Godzilla on a waterfront that looks like it belongs on the cover art of a classic Sega Mega Drive game from the 90’s! It’s both nostalgic and cool but it can mean only one thing! The third and final tidal wave of bands have been announced for this years incarnation of Summer Bash! Hosted by those fun loving criminals and purveyors of Progressive Death Metal Mercury’s Well, the event will take place on 26th July 2025 at The Facebar in Reading.

If you haven’t previously partaken in the joy of it and haven’t guessed from the post artwork created by Simon Davies then let us tell you that a treat is in store should you acquire a ticket! No less than 11 bands will grace the stage, which will look like a Hawaiian themed beach party with inflatables, shirts and flower necklaces on display! As if that wasn’t enough, the bar will also serve you a cocktail or three throughout a day of riff orientated madness!
