Spotlight: Ahdy Khairat. Remastering the dream.

There are more than a few albums out there in the big wide world with God awful production value, poor quality mastering or just plain muddy mixing quality. “The Crusade” by Trivium being a fine example. Fortunately with the appliance of science and technology in the internet age means we can go back and fix it. When the seperate audio tracks are available and with a good ear and some decent software that is. One person blazing a trail for remixing and remastering is Ahdy Khairat. His fine work on a collection of songs from Metallica, Pantera and Slayer have earned him 20k YouTube subscribers. Here are a pair of his more recent releases.
