Vs Tuesday: One Song! Two Bands! Who Wins? FIGHT! Omen.

In the aftermath of the tragic death of The Prodigy frontman Keith Flint there has been an outpouring of love for the crossover genre pioneers. They brought together fans of rave and dance music with lovers of Industrial Metal with their own unique style and that has been of influence on many a band. Today’s Vs Tuesday offering sees two bands cover “Omen” from their 2009 resurgent “Invaders Must Die”. The video sees the band performing at a rave interspliced with a glockenspiel being played by a  mysterious girl…

In the Red Corner we have More Than Machines with their version of the song featuring a guest appearance from Stephen Cannon. The Dubliners dropped album “Paradigm” that crosses Electronics with Djent and Metalcore so them taking it on is no surprise. In the Blue Corner we have Japanese Metallers Crossfaith who should need no introductions. They released their version of the song on their debut “The Dream The Space” back in 2011 and it also got added to Fearless Records “Punk Goes Pop #3” in their homeland. Who wins? You decide!
