Vs Tuesday Two Bands! One Song! Who Wins?! FIGHT! Thornhill.
Still residing in The Dark Pool are Australian Progressive Metalcore act Thornhill, who unveiled their debut album in October 2019 and toured the Globe without looking back. During the Pandemic, vocalist Jacob Charlton lent this throat to “Year Of The Rat” from the re-imagined “Hyperdaze” album from friends in Void Of Vision, while a wealth of smaller shows in their own back yard have kept their buzz going during these troubled times. They’ll be joining Bury Tomorrow, August Burns Red and Miss May I on a rescheduled run across Europe at the end of 2022, which might seem like a long way off but will no doubt be here before you know it…
…and so to our weekly head to head and one of the highlights of “The Dark Pool” in the ripper that is “Nurture“. In the Red Corner we have Copenhagen Denmark residents Morphide who have enhanced their reputation no end thanks to a wealth of weekly vocal covers from Eissa Zhovnerchuk. In the Blue Corner we have Melodic Hardcore merchants Take Breath who formed in 2019 and premiered debut EP “The Hell In All I Held Too Close” a year later. Who wins? You Decide!
